根据高职人才培养模式，依托于新疆煤化工的发展机遇，结合新疆煤化工企业生产特点，通过制定最优专业标准，建设大型煤化工仿真实训工厂，将煤化工技能大赛与理论学习相结合，认识实习与化工单元操作仿真实训相结合，生产实习与煤化工工艺仿真实训相结合，校内实训与校外实训相结合，工学结合，校企结合等方式，从教学内容安排、教学方法和手段等方面对煤化工生产技术技术技能型专业人才培养方式进行探讨。

Skilled professional for coal chemical production personnel training mode were discussed according to higher vocational talents training mode, depending on opportunities for development of coal chemical industry in Xinjiang, and combining with the characteristics of Xinjiang coal chemical enterprise production, from the aspects such as teaching content arrangement, teaching methods and means technology. The ways were included in making the best professional standards, the construction of large coal chemical simulation training plant, the coal chemical industry skills contest in combination with theoretical study, the association of cognition practice combined with chemical unit operation simulation training, the production practice combined with chemical process simulation training, internal training and external training, the combination of work-integrated learning, combination between colleges.
