随着高等教育实现从精英教育阶段向大众教育阶段的转变，传统高职教育管理模式已不能够适应新的社会形势和高职学生的特点，严重影响了教育管理的效果。现阶段的高职教育管理应该突破传统管理模式的局限，根据学生的专业特点和发展要求进行改革创新，将传统的“教授”转变为“引导”，充分尊重学生在教学工作中的主体地位。从以人为本的科学发展观视觉来分析目前高职教育管理的现状，为推进学生主体式教育提供若干参考建议。
수착고등교육실현종정영교육계단향대음교육계단적전변，전통고직교육관리모식이불능구괄응신적사회형세화고직학생적특점，엄중영향료교육관리적효과。현계단적고직교육관리응해돌파전통관리모식적국한，근거학생적전업특점화발전요구진행개혁창신，장전통적“교수”전변위“인도”，충분존중학생재교학공작중적주체지위。종이인위본적과학발전관시각래분석목전고직교육관리적현상，위추진학생주체식교육제공약간삼고건의。
Along with the higher education development has been transformed from elite education to mass education,the traditional management mode of higher vocational education is unable to adapt to the new social situation and the characteristics,which also seriously impact the effect of educational manage-ment.The current educational management should break the traditional management mode.Reform and innovation also should be fully respected students’position in the teaching.This paper analyzes the cur-rent higher vocational education management situation from the scientific development view,which is to offer some suggestions for “student-center”education mode development.
