近几年，随着生源数量的总体减少，独立学院的招生受到了一定的影响，面临着巨大的发展压力和严峻挑战。拥有一支稳定的师资队伍是独立学院稳定发展中首要的战略性、紧迫性问题。但现实的情况是：独立学院教师流失过快过高给学校带来人力资本的巨大损失，进而将引起科研与教学水平的下降，使学校学科建设和未来发展受到影响。因此，面对当前经济和社会转型带来的挑战，独立学院迫切需要稳定教师队伍，提高教师人力资源管理水平，减少教师人力资源流失。作者以某独立学院教师为研究对象。采用匿名问卷调查的形式分析了独立学院教师流失的现状，并指出教师流失的原因。

With the total number of students decreasing which has definite influenced on enrollment of the independent colleges in recent years.Therefore,the independent colleges have to face big development pressure and serious challenge.Under such circumstances,the stability of teaching staff becomes the most strategic and urgent problem.But the reality is showed as the following problems:teachers loss rise too far and too fast which suffered great loss in human capital and declined in scientific research and teaching level.Course construction and future development would be also influenced.Therefore,under the challenges of current economy and social transformation,the independent colleges have to hold stable teaching staff and improve the level of teacher human resource management to reduce the loss of teachers. With an independent college as the research object,using anonymous questionnaire survey.This paper aims at analyzing the current situation and the reasons of teachers loss.
