目的：比较常规疝修补术与疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法选取2012年2月—2014年10月某院收治的腹股沟疝患者206例，随机分为研究组与对照组，各103例。研究组患者予以疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗，对照组患者予以常规疝修补术治疗。观察两组患者手术时间、下床时间、住院时间、止痛药应用情况、疝复发情况及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义（ P ﹥0.05），研究组患者下床时间、住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；研究组患者止痛药应用率、疝复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效优于常规疝修补术，其可缩短患者下床时间、住院时间，减轻患者术后疼痛，降低疝复发风险，且并发症少。

목적：비교상규산수보술여산배충전식무장력산수보술치료복고구산적림상료효。방법선취2012년2월—2014년10월모원수치적복고구산환자206례，수궤분위연구조여대조조，각103례。연구조환자여이산배충전식무장력산수보술치료，대조조환자여이상규산수보술치료。관찰량조환자수술시간、하상시간、주원시간、지통약응용정황、산복발정황급병발증발생정황。결과량조환자수술시간비교，차이무통계학의의（ P ﹥0.05），연구조환자하상시간、주원시간단우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；연구조환자지통약응용솔、산복발솔저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；연구조환자병발증발생솔저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05）。결론산배충전식무장력산수보술치료복고구산적림상료효우우상규산수보술，기가축단환자하상시간、주원시간，감경환자술후동통，강저산복발풍험，차병발증소。
Objective To compare the effect of conventional hernia repair and tension free mesh plug hernioplasty in treating inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 206 patients with inguinal hernia were selected in a hospital from February 2012 to October 2014,they were randomly divided into study group and control group,103 cases in each group. Study group were given conventional hernia repair treatment,control group were given tension free mesh plug hernioplasty treatment. Operation time, getting out - of - bed time,hospitalization time,the situation of analgesic application,the situation of hernia relapse and occur-rence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results Operation time showed no significant differences be-tween the two groups(P ﹥ 0. 05),getting out - of - bed time and hospitalization time of study group were shorter than those of control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);analgesic application rate and hernia relapse rate of study group were lower than those of control group (P ﹤ 0. 05);complication rate of study group was lower than that of control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Curative effect of the ension free mesh plug hernioplasty is better than the conventional hernia repair in treating inguinal hernia,can shorten getting out - of - bed time and hospitalization time,reduce postoperative pain of patients,reduce the risk of hernia recurrence and has less complications.
