目的：探讨硒酵母片联合膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法选取2013年5月—2014年7月河北北方学院附属第一医院收治的带状疱疹患者84例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，各42例。对照组患者予以膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液治疗，治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用硒酵母片治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）；两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论硒酵母片联合膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效显著，且不良反应少。
목적：탐토서효모편연합련갑산납록화납주사액치료대상포진적림상료효。방법선취2013년5월—2014년7월하북북방학원부속제일의원수치적대상포진환자84례，수궤분위치료조여대조조，각42례。대조조환자여이련갑산납록화납주사액치료，치료조환자재대조조기출상가용서효모편치료。관찰량조환자림상료효급불량반응발생정황。결과치료조환자총유효솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05）；량조환자균미발생엄중불량반응。결론서효모편연합련갑산납록화납주사액치료대상포진적림상료효현저，차불량반응소。
Objective To explore the effect of selenium yeast tablet combined with foscarnet sodium injection in trea-ting herpes zoster. Methods A total of 84 patients with herpes zoster were selected in the First Hospital Affiliated to Hebei In-stitute of North from May 2013 to July 2014,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group. Control group were given foscarnet sodium injection treatment,treatment group were given selenium yeast tablet treat-ment on the basis of control group. Clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Re-sults The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);no one of the two groups oc-curred serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Selenium yeast tablet combined with foscarnet sodium injection have notable cur-ative effect in the treatment of herpes zoster,and have less adverse reactions.
