以二氧化钛、硅铝纤维纸为载体,通过浸渍法制备了一种新型的V2 O5-WO3-MoO3/TiO2催化剂。通过XRD、BET和SEM表征分析和催化剂的脱硝活性测试,确定了载体及催化剂的最佳煅烧温度,结果表明,催化剂载体和催化剂的煅烧温度均为500℃时,催化剂脱硝活性最佳;当催化剂活性成分质量分数V2 O5、WO3,MoO3分别为3%、7%、4%时,在模拟烟气条件下其脱硝效率可达91.75%。

A new type catalyst, V2 O5 -WO3 -MoO3/TiO2 , was prepared by impregnation, using TiO2 and silica alumina fiber paper as catalyst support.The catalyst was characterized by XRD, BET and SEM, and the deni-tration activity of catalyst was tested.The optimum calcination temperature was determined.The results show that when the catalyst active components V2 O5 , WO3 , and MoO3 is 3%, 7%, and 4%respectively and the cal-cinations temperature is 500℃, the denitration efficiency is 91.75%.
