目的：探讨规范化胰岛素注射对老年糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法选取90例需要注射胰岛素的老年糖尿病患者，随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组45例采用传统皮下注射法，观察组45例采用规范化胰岛素注射法。比较两种方法对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制的效果，即空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平以及低血糖发生次数。结果治疗4周后，观察组FBG、PBG和HbAlc、低血糖次数均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）。结论规范化胰岛素注射明显改善老年糖尿病患者使用胰岛素存在的缺陷，有助于有效控制血糖，减少低血糖发生。
목적：탐토규범화이도소주사대노년당뇨병환자혈당적영향。방법선취90례수요주사이도소적노년당뇨병환자，수궤분성대조조화관찰조。대조조45례채용전통피하주사법，관찰조45례채용규범화이도소주사법。비교량충방법대노년당뇨병환자혈당공제적효과，즉공복혈당、찬후2h혈당、당화혈홍단백수평이급저혈당발생차수。결과치료4주후，관찰조FBG、PBG화HbAlc、저혈당차수균저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0.01）。결론규범화이도소주사명현개선노년당뇨병환자사용이도소존재적결함，유조우유효공제혈당，감소저혈당발생。
Objective To explore the effect of standardization of insulin injections on he blood sugar of the elderly diabetic patients.Methods A total of 90 cases of elderly diabetes in need of insulin injections, were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each.The control group adopted traditional subcutane-ous injections and observation group adopted the standardized insulin injections.Blood sugar control effects were com-paredbetween two groups.The effect of the fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglo-bin level and the frequency of hypoglycaemia.Results After 4 weeks treatment, the observation group of FBG, PBG and HbAlc, low blood sugar number were lower than those of the control group, the difference had statistical significance ( P<0.01) .Conclusions Standardized insulin injection can obviously improve the flaws of the elderly diabetic pa-tients using insulin, helps to control blood sugar effectively, reduce hypoglycemia occurred.
