目的：探讨泼尼松联合尿激酶治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2013年8月—2014年8月攀枝花市第四人民医院收治的结核性胸膜炎患者114例，按照随机数字表法将患者分成治疗组和对照组，各57例。两组患者均给予2HRS/4HR 方案抗结核治疗，治疗组同时给予泼尼松联合尿激酶治疗，比较两组的吸收时间、抽液总量和胸膜厚度以及临床疗效。结果治疗组吸收时间长于对照组，抽液总量多于对照组，胸膜厚度小于对照组，总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论泼尼松联合尿激酶治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床疗效显著，能够有效缓解患者症状。
목적：탐토발니송연합뇨격매치료결핵성흉막염적림상료효。방법선취2013년8월—2014년8월반지화시제사인민의원수치적결핵성흉막염환자114례，안조수궤수자표법장환자분성치료조화대조조，각57례。량조환자균급여2HRS/4HR 방안항결핵치료，치료조동시급여발니송연합뇨격매치료，비교량조적흡수시간、추액총량화흉막후도이급림상료효。결과치료조흡수시간장우대조조，추액총량다우대조조，흉막후도소우대조조，총유효솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론발니송연합뇨격매치료결핵성흉막염적림상료효현저，능구유효완해환자증상。
Objective To study the clinical effects of prednisone combined with urokinase in the treatment of tubercu-lous pleurisy. Methods A total of 114 tuberculous pleurisy patients were selected in the Fourth People's Hospital of Panzhihua City from August 2013 to August 2014,they were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number ta-ble method,57 cases in each group. Patients of two groups were all received 2HRS/ 4HR for antituberculosis therapy,at the same time treatment group was treated with prednisone combined with urokinase,absorption time,total pumping liquid,pleural thickness and clinical effect between the two groups were compared. Results The absorption time of the treatment group was longer than control group,total pumping liquid were more than control group,pleural thickness was smaller than control group, the total efficiency rate was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effects of prednisone combined with urokinase is remarkable in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy,it can effective-ly relieve symptoms of patients.
