为设计出高精度的标准电压源,本文通过标准电压源的生成过程来分析基准电压源对数模转换器的要求从而选择AD5791。并通过AD5791的硬件特性和软件特性来克服以往数模转换器作为基准源偏置电流中的失调现象,以及应用其特殊优越性能在设计高精度电压源系统中输出0.00000V到10.00000v的电压。并通过试验校验其准确性。

To design a high precision standard voltage source, this article through the analysis of the generation process to standard voltage source reference voltage source to the requirement of digital to analog converter to choose AD5791.
