目的：探讨与对比MoCA量表和MMSE量表对高龄患者认知功能评估的准确性。方法：选择2013年3月-2014年4月本科住院能配合且能独立完成功能量表检测的老年患者85例，分别进行MMSE和MoCA检测，记录每例患者的MMSE和MoCA得分，对两种量表检出的认知障碍情况进行统计比较。结果：MoCA检出认知障碍者57例（67.06%），MMSE检出认知障碍者30例（35.29%），MoCA评定显示认知正常的28例患者与MMSE评价结果相重合，MMSE评价为认知障碍的患者仅占MoCA评估结果的52.63%，两者的检出结果比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；MoCA量表测定中，病例组与对照组的视空间与执行功能、命名、注意、语言、抽象、延迟回忆、定向评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：高龄患者认知功能出现不同程度的减退， MoCA量表的评价结果相较于MMSE结果更加准确，能够为认知功能障碍评定提供较为客观的结果，值得在临床上推广和应用。
목적：탐토여대비MoCA량표화MMSE량표대고령환자인지공능평고적준학성。방법：선택2013년3월-2014년4월본과주원능배합차능독립완성공능량표검측적노년환자85례，분별진행MMSE화MoCA검측，기록매례환자적MMSE화MoCA득분，대량충량표검출적인지장애정황진행통계비교。결과：MoCA검출인지장애자57례（67.06%），MMSE검출인지장애자30례（35.29%），MoCA평정현시인지정상적28례환자여MMSE평개결과상중합，MMSE평개위인지장애적환자부점MoCA평고결과적52.63%，량자적검출결과비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；MoCA량표측정중，병례조여대조조적시공간여집행공능、명명、주의、어언、추상、연지회억、정향평분비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：고령환자인지공능출현불동정도적감퇴， MoCA량표적평개결과상교우MMSE결과경가준학，능구위인지공능장애평정제공교위객관적결과，치득재림상상추엄화응용。
Objective: To investigate and contrast accuracy of MoCA scale and MMSE scale assessment of elderly patients with cognitive function.Method:85 elderly patients who could be independent and matched with the completion of energy meter in our hospital were selected from March 2013 to April 2014,the patients were given MMSE scale and MoCA scale detection and the scores were recorded, two scale detection of cognitive impairment situation were compared. Result:57 cases (67.06%) with cognitive impairment in MoCA scale,30 cases (35.29%) with cognitive impairment in MMSE scale, 28 patients with normal cognition were coincident in the evaluation of MoCA scale and MMSE scale,but the evaluation of MMSE scale for cognitive impairment patients accounted in MoCA scale only 52.63%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In MoCA scale determination, compared the visual space and executive function, naming, attention, language, abstract, delayed recall and directional of the case group and control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The cognitive function of elderly patients with decrease in different degree, evaluation scale MoCA result compared to the MMSE scale results is more accurate,it can provide more objective results to assess cognitive dysfunction,it’s worthy of clinical popularization and application.
