目的：探讨益气活血通脉汤治疗下肢血栓性静脉炎的疗效。方法：80例下肢血栓性静脉炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例，对照组采用西医治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予以中药益气活血通脉汤治疗，1剂/d，连用14 d为一疗程，用两个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为92.5%，对照组为57.5%，两组相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后纤维蛋白原、血脂、血液流变学指标均有显著改善，经统计学分析，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论：益气活血通脉汤治疗下肢血栓性静脉炎疗效好，安全无副作用，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토익기활혈통맥탕치료하지혈전성정맥염적료효。방법：80례하지혈전성정맥염환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，각40례，대조조채용서의치료，치료조재대조조치료적기출상여이중약익기활혈통맥탕치료，1제/d，련용14 d위일료정，용량개료정후관찰료효。결과：치료조총유효솔위92.5%，대조조위57.5%，량조상비，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。량조치료후섬유단백원、혈지、혈액류변학지표균유현저개선，경통계학분석，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。결론：익기활혈통맥탕치료하지혈전성정맥염료효호，안전무부작용，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Yiqihuoxue Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of lower extremity thrombotic phlebitis. Method:80 cases of patients with lower extremity thrombotic phlebitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group,the control group was treated with western medicine therapy,the treatment group based on the treatment in the control group which was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Yiqihuoxue Tongmai Decoction,1 dose daily,for 14 days for a course of treatment,observation curative effect after 2 courses of view.Result:The total effective rate was 92.5%in the treatment group,the control group was 57.5%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The two groups after treatment,fibrinogen,blood lipid,blood rheology indexes were significantly improved,through statistical analysis,there were significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of Yiqihuoxue Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of lower extremity thrombotic phlebitis,safety and no side effects,which is worthy of promotion.
