目的：分析手术室护士对乳腺癌患者实施舒适护理的临床效果。方法：选择2012年9月-2013年9月在本院接受乳腺癌根治术患者80例作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。其中对照组接受常规护理，观察组在此基础上接受舒适护理，比较两组的满意度和舒适度。结果：观察组的舒适度和满意度都显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对患者进行舒适护理能够显著减少患者在围手术期出现的焦虑感，提高患者的舒适度和满意度，不仅能够促进患者的早日康复，还有利于形成和谐的医患关系。
목적：분석수술실호사대유선암환자실시서괄호리적림상효과。방법：선택2012년9월-2013년9월재본원접수유선암근치술환자80례작위연구대상，장기수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조40례。기중대조조접수상규호리，관찰조재차기출상접수서괄호리，비교량조적만의도화서괄도。결과：관찰조적서괄도화만의도도현저고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：대환자진행서괄호리능구현저감소환자재위수술기출현적초필감，제고환자적서괄도화만의도，불부능구촉진환자적조일강복，환유리우형성화해적의환관계。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comfort care during breast cancer surgery.Method:80 patients who underwent radical surgery of breast cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 patients in each group.The control group received conventional care and the observation group received comfort care in addition to conventional care.The degree of comfort and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result:The degree of patients’comfort and satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:During the operation for breast cancer,comfort care model can improve patients’degree of comfort and satisfaction with nursing work.
