目的:探讨人性化护理管理在手术室护理管理中的应用。方法:选取2013年度本科室住院手术治疗的100例患者为对照组,采取通常的护理管理措施;另选取2014年度手术治疗的100例患者为观察组,手术全过程中采取人性化护理管理,比较两组的护理纠纷、护理差错、患者及家属的满意程度。结果:经过采取全面高效的护理管理措施,观察组的手术时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意程度为100%,对照组的满意程度为83.0%,有2例纠纷事件和10例护理差错,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的舒适度88.0%明显高于对照组39.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理管理中采取人性的化护理管理,能够让患者享受到最优质的服务,提高手术的治疗效果和家属的满意程度。

Objective: To explore the application of humanized nursing management in nursing management in operation room.Method:100 patients with surgical treatment at our department in 2013 were selected as the control group,100 patients with surgical treatment at our department in 2014 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given usual nursing management ,the observation group was given humanized nursing management.The nursing disputes, nursing errors and satisfaction degree of patients and their families of two groups were compared.Result:The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 100%;the control group of that was 83.0%, there were 2 cases of disputes and 10 cases of nursing errors,compared two groups the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The comfort level of observation group was 88.0% significantly higher than control group of 39.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Nursing management in the operation room to take human nature of nursing management can let patients enjoy the best service, improve the operation of the treatment effect and satisfaction of family members.
