宣城与桐城是清初皖江的两个文化重镇，分别以诗、文占据了当时文坛重要地位。然而学界少有从皖江地域的视野来考察两地文学文化的交流、融合与演进，以施闰章与桐城文人交游为切入点无疑是最佳突破口。通过对施闰章与桐城文人交游的考论，认为一定意义上宣城与桐城分别以诗、文卓立清代文坛是两地文学文化交流、融合的结果，是两地文学文化共同哺育的结果。

At the beginning of Qing Dynasty,Xuancheng and Tongcheng were two cultural centers along the Yangtze River in Anhui province,while the former known for poetry and the latter for essays.However,little research has been done on literature and culture exchange,integration and evolution of them from the territorial perspective of the Yangtze River in Anhui.So the optimum policy is to take Shi Runzhang’s social intercourse with Tongcheng literati as the entry point.After intensive research,the conclusion is that the literature and culture exchange and integration of both,to some extent,brought about the success of Xuancheng and Tongcheng in academic world of Qing Dynasty.It was the result of the joint influence of their literature and culture.
