目的:探讨宫颈癌围术期患者实施个性化心理教育支持后对心理状态及希望水平的影响。方法对71例宫颈癌住院患者按住院时间顺序分组,2012年9月至2013年2月收治的36例为对照组,2013年3月至2013年8月收治的35例为实验组。对照组给予妇科手术常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施个性化心理教育支持。两组患者均在术前及出院时进行焦虑量表( SAS )、抑郁量表( SDS )以及希望水平量表( HHI )调查。结果两组患者在干预前各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义( P>0.05);干预后,实验组患者SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组的希望水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌患者进行围术期心理教育支持能提高心理上的舒适度和希望水平,促进康复。

Objective To evaluate the effect of psychoeducational support on the mental state and hope level of the cervical cancer patients during their peri-operation period.Methods Seventy-one cervical cancer patients were divided into two groups in an admission order.The 36 patients admitted from September 2012 to February 2013 were put in the control group and received routine care.On the other hand, the 35 patients admitted from March 2013 to August 2013 were put in the test group and received personalized psychological education on top of routine care.All the patients were investigated with SAS, SDS, HHI ( Herth Hope Index) before operation and after operation.Results There was no significant difference in all the indicators before intervention ( P>0.05 ) , while the SAS and SDSs cores in the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P<0.05 ) and the HHI score in the test group was re-markably higher than that in the control group after intervention ( P<0.05) .Conclusions Psychoeducational support can improve the mental state and hope level of the cervical cancer patients during their perioperation period and promote their rehabilitation.
