针对孤堡输电铁塔因环境变化而造成的倾覆现象,本文使用内核为Cortex-M3的32位ARM处理器(STM32L系列)来建立孤堡铁塔倾覆在线监测装置系统,采集孤堡输电铁塔基础偏移量、塔身倾斜度以及塔臂应力等信息进行实时在线监测。系统下位机采集卡将采集铁塔倾覆信息并通过GPRS模块实时传输至上位机显示和存储,该系统能够实时反应出孤堡铁塔基础偏移趋势以及倾斜度的情况。该系统具有精度高、稳定性好、安全性强等特点,能实时提供输电铁塔倾覆情况,为线路安全稳定的运行提供了依据。

According to the transmission tower because of environmental change transmission tower incline. The paper puts forward a real-time monitoring device for the tower. This device uses 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller STM32L as the core. For the collected data (tower foundation, inclination and stress) from sensors, the device can communicate them by GPRS. By show and storing the data, we can know tower foundation and inclination information of tower. The device has not only high accuracy and high stability, but also strong safety and convenient installation. It can provide the comprehensive status of transmission tower real-time information provide the basis for the safe and stable operation of the line.
