目的：分析锁定接骨板联合同种异体骨在四肢长骨良性骨肿瘤伴病理性骨折中的效果。方法：随机选取2013年1月-2015年1月本院收治的50例四肢长骨良性骨肿瘤伴病理性骨折患者，依据治疗方法的不同，分为研究组（25例）、对照组（25例）。对照组应用锁定接骨板治疗，研究组采取锁定接骨板联合同种异体骨手术治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效。结果：研究组在骨愈合时间、复发、排异反应方面均显著优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在临床治疗四肢长骨良性骨肿瘤伴病理性骨折中，应用锁定接骨板联合同种异体骨手术治疗，不仅提升临床手术疗效，还可以促进患者成骨、骨缺损修复效果，降低排异反应发生率，发挥积极治疗效果。

목적：분석쇄정접골판연합동충이체골재사지장골량성골종류반병이성골절중적효과。방법：수궤선취2013년1월-2015년1월본원수치적50례사지장골량성골종류반병이성골절환자，의거치료방법적불동，분위연구조（25례）、대조조（25례）。대조조응용쇄정접골판치료，연구조채취쇄정접골판연합동충이체골수술치료，대비량조환자림상료효。결과：연구조재골유합시간、복발、배이반응방면균현저우우대조조，량조비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：재림상치료사지장골량성골종류반병이성골절중，응용쇄정접골판연합동충이체골수술치료，불부제승림상수술료효，환가이촉진환자성골、골결손수복효과，강저배이반응발생솔，발휘적겁치료효과。
Objective:To analyze the effect oflocking plate combined with allograft bone in extremities benign bone tumors with pathological fracture.Method:50 cases of long bones limbs benign bone tumors with pathological fracture were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015,and according to the different treatment methods,they were divided into study group (25 cases), control group (25 cases).The control group was treated with locking plate, the study group was treated with locking plate combined with allograft bone, clinical curative effect of two groups were compared.Result:Bone healing time,recurrence and rejection aspects in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of limbs long bone benign bone tumors with pathological fracture,the application of locking plate combined with allograft bone surgical treatment,not only can enhance clinical curative effect,also can promote the patients into bone,bone defect repairing effect,reduce the rejection rate,play a positive therapeutic effect.
