Polygonatum polysaccharide%Diabetes
目的:探讨玉竹多糖对糖尿病老年大鼠体重及血糖、血脂水平的影响。方法采用高脂饮食和化学损伤联合方法构建糖尿病老年大鼠模型;取60只老年大鼠(20个月),随机分为正常组(A)、模型组(B )、玉竹多糖低(C)、中(D)、高剂量组(E)和二甲双胍组(F),每组10只。相同环境下正常饲养4 w后,B、C、D、E、F组高脂饲料喂养2 w后,注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)50 mg/kg,通过“三多一少”和血糖值判断是否糖尿病造模成功,A组喂养正常饲料,注射枸橼酸缓冲溶液;造模成功后,B组灌胃给予生理盐水,C、D、E组灌胃给予玉竹多糖,剂量分别为1.0、2.0、3.0 g/kg,F组灌胃给予二甲双胍0.2 g/kg,2次/d,连续给药3 w,定时观察体重变化,末次给药后耳缘静脉取血检测血清葡萄糖( GLU)、胆固醇( TC)、甘油三酯( TG)、血清胰岛素( INS)指标。结果糖尿病老年大鼠造模成功,玉竹多糖各剂量组老年大鼠血糖明显降低,血清胰岛素增高,与B组比较差异显著(P<0.05),E组降糖效果好于C组和D组,但不如F组。结论玉竹多糖可以降低血糖,对老年大鼠糖尿病有改善作用。

목적:탐토옥죽다당대당뇨병노년대서체중급혈당、혈지수평적영향。방법채용고지음식화화학손상연합방법구건당뇨병노년대서모형;취60지노년대서(20개월),수궤분위정상조(A)、모형조(B )、옥죽다당저(C)、중(D)、고제량조(E)화이갑쌍고조(F),매조10지。상동배경하정상사양4 w후,B、C、D、E、F조고지사료위양2 w후,주사련뇨좌균소(STZ)50 mg/kg,통과“삼다일소”화혈당치판단시부당뇨병조모성공,A조위양정상사료,주사구연산완충용액;조모성공후,B조관위급여생리염수,C、D、E조관위급여옥죽다당,제량분별위1.0、2.0、3.0 g/kg,F조관위급여이갑쌍고0.2 g/kg,2차/d,련속급약3 w,정시관찰체중변화,말차급약후이연정맥취혈검측혈청포도당( GLU)、담고순( TC)、감유삼지( TG)、혈청이도소( INS)지표。결과당뇨병노년대서조모성공,옥죽다당각제량조노년대서혈당명현강저,혈청이도소증고,여B조비교차이현저(P<0.05),E조강당효과호우C조화D조,단불여F조。결론옥죽다당가이강저혈당,대노년대서당뇨병유개선작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide on diabetes aged rats .Mtehods The high fat diet and chemical injury combined method was used to construct the model of diabetes in aged rats .60 aged rats( 20 months) were ran-domly divided into normal(A),model(B),polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide low(C),middle(D),high dose group(E) and metformin groups( F) ,with 10 rats in each group.After the modeling,B group was given saline,C,D,E groups were orally administered dose of Polygo-natum odoratum polysaccharide,respectively 1.0,2.0,3.0 g/kg,F group was lavaged with metformin(0.2 g/kg),administered 2 times daily, continuous administration of3 w.The changes of body weight,the levels of serum glucose( GLU) ,cholesterol( TC) ,triglyceride( TG) ,serum insulin( INS) were tested.R esults Aged diabetic rats models were established successfully.The level of GLU was decreased,and the level of INS was increased of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide groups than those of B group(P<0.05).Hypoglycemic effect of group E was better than that of C group and D groups,but less than that of F group.Conclusions Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide could reduce the level of GLU,and improve the condition of diabetes aged rats.
