目的：了解县乡级预防接种单位实施信息化管理的成本投入，为制订信息化建设投入标准提供依据。方法：通过现场查看和问卷调查的方式，随机对全省168个县乡级预防接种单位的信息化投入情况进行调查。结果：每个县乡级预防接种单位实施信息化管理的实施成本和维持成本均以县疾病预防控制中心门诊最高（每单位分别为37487元和16519元），乡镇卫生院门诊次之（14396元和5797元），社区卫生服务中心门诊最低（13178元和5520元）。按每建卡1000名儿童信息化管理的实施成本和维持成本分别为21160元和9891元。开展使用免疫金卡、短信提醒和建设数字门诊等相关工作的，每单位分别需投入的成本为13318元、7638元和174194元。结论：使用工作量来统计信息化工作成本的投入更符合实际，据推算每年需投入598.4万元用于全省乡级预防接种单位信息化工作的开展。数字化预防接种门诊建设的投入成本较大，仅适用于日门诊量较大的单位。

Objective:To understand the cost of conducting the information management in county and township level immunization sites and to provide the reference for formulation of the input standard of information. Methods:One hundred and sixty-eight immunization sites of information investment were surveyed through the methods of scene view and questionnaire investigation. Results:Implementation costs of information management and maintenance costs of each immunization site in county center for disease control and prevention(CDC)were highest,the township hospital outpatient services were the second highest,the community health service center was the lowest,the county CDC is 37 487 RMB yuan and 16 519 RMB yuan,the township hospital outpatient services was 14 396 RMB yuan and 5 797 RMB yuan, the community health service center was 13 178 RMB yuan and 5 520 RMB yuan. The cost information and maintenance of every 1 000 new born children were 21 160 RMB yuan and 9 891 RMB yuan. The cost of using the immune gold cards, short messaging service alerts and construction of the digital outpatient services were 13 318 RMB yuan,7 638 RMB yuan and 174 194 RMB yuan,respectively. Conclusion:Using workload for cost of information corresponds to reality more. It is estimated that investment of 5.984 million RMB yuan is needed for the informatization of immunization sites every year. The construction of digital outpatient services costs more,which only applies to larger volume daily outpatient sites.
