目的：探索加用无比山药丸加减治疗肾性血尿（肾气不固证）的临床疗效。方法：筛选西医诊断为慢性肾性血尿，中医辨证为肾气不固证的患者100例，随机将其分为对照组和治疗组，每组各50例。对照组以现代医学对症治疗（预防和治疗感染，控制血压及避免使用损害肾脏的药物等）；治疗组在对照组对症治疗基础上，加用无比山药丸加减治疗，疗程均为8周。观察比较2组患者治疗前后症状、不良反应、实验室指标（尿沉渣镜检红细胞数量）等的变化。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗组在治疗后尿沉渣镜检红细胞数量较对照组减少更明显（P＜0.01）。结论：加用无比山药丸加减治疗肾性血尿（肾气不固证）的临床疗效明显优于对照组，可明显改善患者的临床症状，减少尿沉渣镜检红细胞数量。
목적：탐색가용무비산약환가감치료신성혈뇨（신기불고증）적림상료효。방법：사선서의진단위만성신성혈뇨，중의변증위신기불고증적환자100례，수궤장기분위대조조화치료조，매조각50례。대조조이현대의학대증치료（예방화치료감염，공제혈압급피면사용손해신장적약물등）；치료조재대조조대증치료기출상，가용무비산약환가감치료，료정균위8주。관찰비교2조환자치료전후증상、불량반응、실험실지표（뇨침사경검홍세포수량）등적변화。결과：치료조료효명현우우대조조（P＜0.05），치료조재치료후뇨침사경검홍세포수량교대조조감소경명현（P＜0.01）。결론：가용무비산약환가감치료신성혈뇨（신기불고증）적림상료효명현우우대조조，가명현개선환자적림상증상，감소뇨침사경검홍세포수량。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of WUBI Chinese Yam pill in treatment of the patients with renal hematuria ( Kidney deficiency ).Methods:100 renal hematuria patients were randomly divided in to control group and experimental group,50 patients in each group.In control group, patients were trereated with contemporary medicine ( Preventive care and antiinfection treatment,and controlled BP and avoided kidney damage drugs and so on).In experimental group,we added WUBI Chinese Yam pill,besides the therapy of control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks.Observed the variation of the symptom, untoward effect,laboratory index ( Sediments RBC) in pre-therapy and post-treatment.Results:The experimental group had a better curative effect than control group ( P <0.05 ); reduced more apparently laboratory index ( Sediments RBC) in experimental group than in control group ( P<0.01 ).Conclusion:WUBI Chinese Yam pill has a better curative effect for renal hematuria, can effectively relieve the clinical sign and reduce laboratory index ( Sediments RBC).
