This paper introduced a continuing medical education program in one hospital. It includes strengthening the construction of academic teams,adhering to the combination of theory and practice and other methods. Some suggestions were put forward,including further exploring distance education mode,strengthening construction of continuing education base and improving management and evaluation of continuing education.
