目的：研究及观察微创双锁定板治疗schatzkerⅤ型及Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年5月于本院进行手术治疗的90例schatzkerⅤ型及Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（普通解剖钢板治疗组）45例和观察组（微创双锁定板治疗组）45例，然后将两组患者中不同schatzker分型者的膝关节功能评估结果及治疗后不同时间的关节活动度、X线检查结果进行比较。结果：观察组中不同schatzker分型者的膝关节功能评估优良率高于对照组，治疗后不同时间的关节活动度及X线检测结果也均好于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：微创双锁定板治疗schatzkerⅤ型及Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的临床效果较好，对于此类骨折的各方面改善效果更为明显。
목적：연구급관찰미창쌍쇄정판치료schatzkerⅤ형급Ⅵ형경골평태골절적림상효과。방법：선취2013년1월-2014년5월우본원진행수술치료적90례schatzkerⅤ형급Ⅵ형경골평태골절환자위연구대상，장기수궤분위대조조（보통해부강판치료조）45례화관찰조（미창쌍쇄정판치료조）45례，연후장량조환자중불동schatzker분형자적슬관절공능평고결과급치료후불동시간적관절활동도、X선검사결과진행비교。결과：관찰조중불동schatzker분형자적슬관절공능평고우량솔고우대조조，치료후불동시간적관절활동도급X선검측결과야균호우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：미창쌍쇄정판치료schatzkerⅤ형급Ⅵ형경골평태골절적림상효과교호，대우차류골절적각방면개선효과경위명현。
Objective:To study and observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive double locking plate in the treatment of patients with schatzker type Ⅴand Ⅵ of tibial plateau fracture.Method:90 patients with schatzker type Ⅴ and Ⅵ of tibial plateau fracture who were treated with operation in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2014 were selected as study objects,and they were randomly divided into control group(normal anatomical plate treatment group)for 45 cases and observation group(minimally invasive double locking plate treatment group)for 45 cases,then knee joint function evaluation results of different schatzker types,joint motion range and X-ray examination results at different time after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The knee joint function excellent and good rates of observation group with different schatzker types were higher than those of control group,and the joint motion range and X-ray examination results at different time after the treatment were all better than those of control group too,the differences of two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of minimally invasive double locking plate in the treatment of patients with schatzker type Ⅴ andⅥ of tibial plateau fracture are better,and its improvement effect for various directions of the fracture are more obvious.
