依法治教是我国教育事业发展的要求，也是世界教育发展的潮流，为确保教育事业向着科学化、民主化、法治化发展的方向，高校的依法治校方案也逐步展开，系部管理具体如何紧密联系实际，如何实践依法治教，笔者进行了一些探索与思考。高校的系部管理工作必须紧跟时代发展的要求，加强教师与学生的知法、懂法教育，在平时日常管理工作中，高度重视并实践依法治教。

Managing schools by law is the requirement of the development of education enterprise in our country, is also the world education development trend. In order to ensure the education career, in the direction of the development of scientific, democratization, legalization of colleges and universities administration scheme is also gradually expanded. Some exploration and thinking to how to manage schools by law closed the actual department management were made. The management work of colleges and universities should follow the requirement of times development, strengthen the teachers and students’ knowing and understanding of law, pay more attention to practice and administering education according to law in the daily management work at ordinary times.
