目的：探讨预见性护理指引模式在内分泌科护理中的应用效果。方法选取58例内分泌科患者为观察组，实施预见性护理指引模式。再选取行常规护理的内分泌科患者58例为对照组，比较2组临床应用效果。结果观察组的总满意度为98.28%高于对照组77.59%（P<0.05）。结论应用预见性护理指引模式疗效佳，并发症少、护患关系好。

목적：탐토예견성호리지인모식재내분비과호리중적응용효과。방법선취58례내분비과환자위관찰조，실시예견성호리지인모식。재선취행상규호리적내분비과환자58례위대조조，비교2조림상응용효과。결과관찰조적총만의도위98.28%고우대조조77.59%（P<0.05）。결론응용예견성호리지인모식료효가，병발증소、호환관계호。
Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing guidance mode in department of endocrinology.Methods Select 58 cases of patients in department of endocrinology for observation group, implemented predictive nursing guidance mode. 58 cases of patients with routine nursing care were selected as the control group,and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Application of predictive nursing guidance mode has better curative effect,less complications,better nurse patient relationship.
