目的：研究腹腔镜老年胃癌根治术围手术期的临床护理。方法选取2014年2月～2015年2月来我院确诊为胃癌的43例患者，均行胃癌根治术，并给予综合护理干预，观察护理效果。结果43例患者均安全度过围手术期，护理满意度为93.02%。结论胃癌根治术围手术期给予护理干预可有效提高手术成功率，提高护理满意度。

목적：연구복강경노년위암근치술위수술기적림상호리。방법선취2014년2월～2015년2월래아원학진위위암적43례환자，균행위암근치술，병급여종합호리간예，관찰호리효과。결과43례환자균안전도과위수술기，호리만의도위93.02%。결론위암근치술위수술기급여호리간예가유효제고수술성공솔，제고호리만의도。
Objective To investigate the effects of clinical nursing during the perioperative period of the laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for elderly patients. MethodsA total of 43 patients with diagnosed gastric cancer,who received radical gastrectomy,were selected from our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015. Comprehensive nursing intervention was performed in al patients,and nursing efficacy was observed. Results Al 43 patients underwent the perioperative period, and the degree of satisfaction toward nursing was 93.02%.Conclusion Nursing intervention given during the perioperative period of radical gastrectomy can effectively increase the success rate of operation and the degree of satisfaction toward nursing.
