目的：探讨多发伤患者急诊室处置时间长短与死亡的关系，为临床采取各种措施缩短急诊室处置时间、改善预后、提高救治时效性提供依据。方法：收集我院急诊科2013年6月至2014年3月收治的多发伤患者121例，记录患者急诊室处置时间、ISS评分、致伤原因、住院时间、死亡原因等信息，分析急诊室处置时间与死亡的关系。结果：121例多发伤病例中，急诊室处置时间平均为76 min；死亡28例，死亡率23.14％。急诊室处置时间越长，ISS评分越高，死亡率越高。急诊室处置时间≤60 min者死亡率明显低于急诊室处置时间＞60 min者。结论：多发伤患者急诊室处置时间及ISS值与患者的死亡率呈正相关，急诊室处置时间≤60 min对于降低多发伤患者的死亡率有明显作用。

목적：탐토다발상환자급진실처치시간장단여사망적관계，위림상채취각충조시축단급진실처치시간、개선예후、제고구치시효성제공의거。방법：수집아원급진과2013년6월지2014년3월수치적다발상환자121례，기록환자급진실처치시간、ISS평분、치상원인、주원시간、사망원인등신식，분석급진실처치시간여사망적관계。결과：121례다발상병례중，급진실처치시간평균위76 min；사망28례，사망솔23.14％。급진실처치시간월장，ISS평분월고，사망솔월고。급진실처치시간≤60 min자사망솔명현저우급진실처치시간＞60 min자。결론：다발상환자급진실처치시간급ISS치여환자적사망솔정정상관，급진실처치시간≤60 min대우강저다발상환자적사망솔유명현작용。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the treatment time in emergency department and the death of patients with multiple trauma, and to provide the foundation to take measures in clinic for shortening the treatment time in emergency department as well as to improve the prognosis.Methods:121 patients with multiple trauma were admitted in emergency department from June 2013 to March 2014.The mean age was 35.5 ±11 years.ISS, age,sex,cause of injury and the treatment time in emergency department,the death toll were measured respectively,and there was the statistical analysis of relevant data.Results:The average treatment time in emergency department was 76 minutes.28 patients were death, and mortality was 23.14%.The longer in emergency room treatment time is ,the higher in ISS is,the higher in mortality rate is too.The mortality in the group≤60 min was lower than that of group >60 min.Conclusion:The emergency treatment time and ISS of patients with multiple trauma and the mortality of patients are positively correlated .Effective treatment of patients within 60 minutes have distinct effect to reduce the mortality the multiple trauma patients.
