《材料科学基础》课程是材料专业一门重要的专业基础课。本文分析了课程在教学过程中出现的各种问题,提出了几点教学方法改进意见,具体为:抓好第一节课,激发学生兴趣,重视应用多媒体教学;课堂上引入当今新出现的材料,激起学生的好奇心和兴趣,改变理论教学的枯燥。通过以上改进,希望能够提高学生学习积极性。

Materials Science Essential course is the important professional basic to the Materials Major. The problems that may be found during the teaching process were analyzed and several solutions to improving the teaching method were provided as follows: paying attention to arousing students’ interest in the first course and the application of multimedia teaching, introducing the emergence of new materials to stimulate students’ curiosity to change the uninteresting theory teaching, etc. As the results of these above methods, it can improve the student’s positive attitudes of learning this course.
