目的：探讨血清超敏C－反应蛋白（ hs－CRP）和血清同型半胱氨酸（ Hcy）的水平变化与急性冠脉综合征（acute coronary syndrome，ACS）相关性分析。方法：选择我院心内科136例患者，其中急性心肌梗死（AMI）31例（A组），稳定性心绞痛33例（ B组）、不稳定性心绞痛42例（ C组）、对照组即非ACS组30例（ D组）。应用化学发光法和免疫比浊法检测入院时血清Hcy、hs－CRP水平，并与患者的冠脉造影结果血管腔面积作相关性分析。结果：A组、B组、C组患者平均血清hs－CRP、Hcy明显高于D组（P＜0.01），A组、B组、C组患者平均血清 hs－CRP、Hcy水平与血管腔面积成正相关性（P＜0.05）。结论：急性冠脉综合征患者血清hs－CRP、Hcy与冠脉病变程度具有相关性，两者升高提示可能与冠脉病变的程度有关。
목적：탐토혈청초민C－반응단백（ hs－CRP）화혈청동형반광안산（ Hcy）적수평변화여급성관맥종합정（acute coronary syndrome，ACS）상관성분석。방법：선택아원심내과136례환자，기중급성심기경사（AMI）31례（A조），은정성심교통33례（ B조）、불은정성심교통42례（ C조）、대조조즉비ACS조30례（ D조）。응용화학발광법화면역비탁법검측입원시혈청Hcy、hs－CRP수평，병여환자적관맥조영결과혈관강면적작상관성분석。결과：A조、B조、C조환자평균혈청hs－CRP、Hcy명현고우D조（P＜0.01），A조、B조、C조환자평균혈청 hs－CRP、Hcy수평여혈관강면적성정상관성（P＜0.05）。결론：급성관맥종합정환자혈청hs－CRP、Hcy여관맥병변정도구유상관성，량자승고제시가능여관맥병변적정도유관。
Objective:To investigate the influence of the elevated serum levels of homocysteine(Hcy),hypersensitive C-reaction protein( hs-CRP) in acute coronary syndrome.Methods:The serum levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in 136 patients with ACS were detected by chemiluminescence and immunoturdimetry.136 patients were divided into the acute myocardial infarction ( AMI) 31 cases( A group) ,33 cases of stable angina ( B group) ,42 cases of unstable angina( C group) ,and non-ACS group of 30 patients( D group).And compared with vascular lumen area in patients after coronary angiography.Results:The serum hs-CRP,Hcy of A,B and C group were significantly higher than that in group D,the difference had statistically significant ( P<0.01).The average serum hs-CRP, Hcy levels of A,B,and C group had positive correlation with vascular cavity area(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of serum Hcy and hs-CRP levels have important clinical value in acute coronary syndrome;Hcy and hs-CRP high levels may be correlation with the degree of acute coronary syndrome.
