目的：探究肺源性心脏病患者需要采取的护理措施和效果。方法选取2014年2月～2015年5月收治的62例肺源性心脏病患者进行护理研究，随机分组，实验组35例患者制定综合护理计划，对照组27例患者选择常规的护理措施，比较两组患者在护理后身体和心理变化。结果实验组患者护理有效率为94.29%，对照组患者护理有效率为81.48%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论慢性肺源性心脏病患者接受综合的护理措施，能够促使心功能的提高，保持良好的心态，有利于身体恢复。

목적：탐구폐원성심장병환자수요채취적호리조시화효과。방법선취2014년2월～2015년5월수치적62례폐원성심장병환자진행호리연구，수궤분조，실험조35례환자제정종합호리계화，대조조27례환자선택상규적호리조시，비교량조환자재호리후신체화심리변화。결과실험조환자호리유효솔위94.29%，대조조환자호리유효솔위81.48%，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론만성폐원성심장병환자접수종합적호리조시，능구촉사심공능적제고，보지량호적심태，유리우신체회복。
Objective Clinical nursing method and its effect on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease are to be studied.Methods Chose 62 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease who were treated in hospital from February 2014 to May 2015 and separated them into two groups at random. 35 patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing and 27 patients in control group were given conventional nursing,and then observed patients’physical and psychological improvements between two groups. Results Patients’treatment efficacy in study group was 94.29%, which was much better than treatment efficacy of 81.48%in control group, there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value(P< 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is of great efficacy in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease.It is conducive to improve patients’cardiac function and make them in good mood, which is helpful for patients’recovery.
