目的：探讨慢性肺源性心脏病的护理体会。方法选取2014年4月～2015年7月我院收治的84例慢性肺源性心脏病患者，对患者实施科学合理的护理措施。结果本次研究的84例患者中，有2例患者由于心力衰竭而死亡，82例患者病情好转并出院，病情好转率高达97.62%。结论采用科学合理的护理方法，可以有效提高慢性肺源性心脏病患者肺部功能，避免患者出现并发症，提高患者康复可能性。

목적：탐토만성폐원성심장병적호리체회。방법선취2014년4월～2015년7월아원수치적84례만성폐원성심장병환자，대환자실시과학합리적호리조시。결과본차연구적84례환자중，유2례환자유우심력쇠갈이사망，82례환자병정호전병출원，병정호전솔고체97.62%。결론채용과학합리적호리방법，가이유효제고만성폐원성심장병환자폐부공능，피면환자출현병발증，제고환자강복가능성。
Objective Discussion on nursing of chronic pulmonary heart disease. MethodsSelected 84 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease from April 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital,for patients with a scientific and reasonable care measures.Results 84 cases by this study,two patients died due to heart failure,82 patients condition improved and was discharged, and condition improved rate was 97.62%.Conclusion Scientific and rational methods of care, can effectively improve chronic pulmonary lung function in patients with heart disease,avoid complications and improve the likelihood of rehabilitation of patients.
