目的：评价强力霉素联合中药治疗女性支原体感染的疗效及安全性。方法通过检索1966年—2014年3月期间中英文数据库，运用Endnote软件筛选相关随机对照试验（randomized controlled trial，RCT）研究。采用RevMan5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入13项RCT，1107例患者，其中7项强力霉素联合口服中药，6项强力霉素联合外用中药。根据给药方式进行亚组分析，强力霉素联合口服中药组总有效率和痊愈率均高于单用强力霉素组（P<0.01）；强力霉素联合外用中药组总有效率和痊愈率均高于单用强力霉素组（P<0.01）。强力霉素联合中药组不良反应发生率是单用强力霉素组的0.68倍（95%CI：0.48~0.97，P=0.03）。结论强力霉素联合中药治疗女性生殖道支原体感染有一定疗效，但受纳入研究质量和样本量的限制，以上结论需更多高质量研究予以验证。
목적：평개강력매소연합중약치료녀성지원체감염적료효급안전성。방법통과검색1966년—2014년3월기간중영문수거고，운용Endnote연건사선상관수궤대조시험（randomized controlled trial，RCT）연구。채용RevMan5.2연건진행Meta분석。결과공납입13항RCT，1107례환자，기중7항강력매소연합구복중약，6항강력매소연합외용중약。근거급약방식진행아조분석，강력매소연합구복중약조총유효솔화전유솔균고우단용강력매소조（P<0.01）；강력매소연합외용중약조총유효솔화전유솔균고우단용강력매소조（P<0.01）。강력매소연합중약조불량반응발생솔시단용강력매소조적0.68배（95%CI：0.48~0.97，P=0.03）。결론강력매소연합중약치료녀성생식도지원체감염유일정료효，단수납입연구질량화양본량적한제，이상결론수경다고질량연구여이험증。
Objectives This study was to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Doxycycline combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for the treatment of mycoplasma infection of female reproductive organ. Methods Literatures from Chinese and English databases published between 1966 and March of 2014 were screened for relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs).The software package of Review Manager 5.2(Cochrane Collaboration) was used for data analysis.Results 13 RCTs involving 930 patients were included in the study. Doxycycline plus oral TCM was superior to Doxycycline alone in terms of effective rate (P<0.01)and Cure rate (P<0.01)for the studies;Doxycycline plus external TCM was superior to Doxycycline alone in terms of effective rate(P<0.01)and Cure rate(P<0.01)for the studies. In addition,Doxycycline plus TCM was inferior to Doxycycline alone in terms of adverse effects rate (RR=0.68,95%CI:0.48~0.97,P=0.03).Conclusion Doxycycline combined with TCM was effective in treating mycoplasma infection of female reproductive organ. But the results were limited quality and sample,More RCTs with high quality and large sample size should be conducted.
