目的:观察关节镜微创清理术联合黄芪-林格氏关节灌注液治疗膝骨性关节炎( KOA )的临床效果。方法 KOA患者147例,双盲法分为观察组和对照组a、对照组b,每组49例,均施行关节镜下微创清理术,术后实验组采用黄芪-林格氏关节灌注液灌洗,对照组a采用生理盐水灌洗,对照组b采用林格氏关节灌注液灌洗。观察3组患者临床效果。结果术后4周,观察组、对照组a及对照组b总有效率分别为95.9%、63.3%、73.5%,观察组疗效好于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下微创清理术后配合黄芪-林格氏关节灌注液灌洗,能有效提高KOA治疗效果。

목적:관찰관절경미창청리술연합황기-림격씨관절관주액치료슬골성관절염( KOA )적림상효과。방법 KOA환자147례,쌍맹법분위관찰조화대조조a、대조조b,매조49례,균시행관절경하미창청리술,술후실험조채용황기-림격씨관절관주액관세,대조조a채용생리염수관세,대조조b채용림격씨관절관주액관세。관찰3조환자림상효과。결과술후4주,관찰조、대조조a급대조조b총유효솔분별위95.9%、63.3%、73.5%,관찰조료효호우기타량조(P<0.05)。결론관절경하미창청리술후배합황기-림격씨관절관주액관세,능유효제고KOA치료효과。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic debridement combined with Astragalus-Ringer′s joint infusion fluid on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods One hundred and forty-seven KOA patients were divided into experimental group, control group a and control group b using double-blind method, with 49 cases in each group.Besides minimally invasive arthroscopic debridement, patients in the experimental group were given Astragalus-Ringer′s joint infusion fluid, in the control group a were given normal saline infusion,and in the control group b were given Ringer′s joint infusion fluid.The clinical effects were observed among three groups.Results Four weeks after operation, the overall effective rates of observation group, control group a and control group b were 95.9%,63.3%and 73.5%,respectively,observation group gained better therapeutic effects compared with the other two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally arthroscopic debridement combined with Astragalus-Ringer′s joint infusion fluid can effectively improve the therapeutic effects on KOA.
