To meet the requirement of applied translation talents, translation teaching needs reform and innovation. The paper probes into the features of translation workshop approach and constructs the teaching process under this approach. During the whole process, the teacher is the organizer, negotiator, promoter and guider and the students are the participants, cooperators and learners of the teaching and learning activity.
