近年来，国内外研究者对结核分枝杆菌耐药机制进行深入的研究，取得了明显进展。研究表明结核分枝杆菌内遗传物质的改变，特别是染色体上的药靶基因的突变是产生结核杆菌耐药的主要分子机制。现已发现结核菌染色体上有10多种以上的基因位点突变和结核耐药有关。本文就目前研究较成熟的抗结核药物从分子水平对耐药机制做一综述，并简单概括耐多药结核病的分子基础。

In recent years ,researchers at home and abroad do some in -depth study of drug resistance in mycobacterium tuberculosis ,and a significant progress has been made .Research shows that the change of my-cobacterium tuberculosis in genetic material ,especially drug target genes on the chromosome mutation is the main molecular mechanism of mycobacterium tuberculosis drug resistance .TB chromosomes have been found on more than 1 0 kinds of related gene locus mutation and drug -resistant tuberculosis .In this paper ,the present study more mature anti-TB drug resistance mechanism from the molecular level to do a review ,and summarizes the molecular basis of multi -drug resistant tuberculosis .
