目的：评价 Z 型拨针治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将128例入选的肩周炎患者按照随机数字表法分为2组，每组64例。治疗组：Z 型拨针治疗，对照组：电针治疗。2组治疗后指导患者行肩关节上举、后伸、内收、外展等功能锻炼，并评估治疗前后的临床疗效。结果经过2个疗程，治疗前后的患侧肩关节活动程度2组均有明显改善（P ＜0．01），治疗组关节活动改善较对照组更明显（P ＜0．01）；2组 VAS 评分，治疗组疼痛评分下降幅度高于对照组（P ＜0．01），治疗组 UCLA 评分上升幅度高于对照组（P ＜0．05）；治疗组总有效率（93．75％）明显高于对照组总有效率（84．38％），P ＜0．05。结论Z 型拨针治疗肩周炎疗效确切，操作简单，值得临床推广。

목적：평개 Z 형발침치료견주염적림상료효。방법장128례입선적견주염환자안조수궤수자표법분위2조，매조64례。치료조：Z 형발침치료，대조조：전침치료。2조치료후지도환자행견관절상거、후신、내수、외전등공능단련，병평고치료전후적림상료효。결과경과2개료정，치료전후적환측견관절활동정도2조균유명현개선（P ＜0．01），치료조관절활동개선교대조조경명현（P ＜0．01）；2조 VAS 평분，치료조동통평분하강폭도고우대조조（P ＜0．01），치료조 UCLA 평분상승폭도고우대조조（P ＜0．05）；치료조총유효솔（93．75％）명현고우대조조총유효솔（84．38％），P ＜0．05。결론Z 형발침치료견주염료효학절，조작간단，치득림상추엄。
ABSTRACTOBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effect of Z?poke needle in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.METH-ODS A total of 128 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into 2 groupswith 64 cases in each group. Z?poke needle therapy was performed in the treatment group.Electroacupuncture therapy was conducted in the control group. After the treatmentthe patients of two groups were guided to do the functional exercise of shoulder joint such as liftexten-sionadductionabductionetcin order to evaluate the clinical curative effect before and after the treatment.RESULTS Af-ter 2 courses of treatmentthe functional level of shoulder joint significantly improved after the treatmentP <0.01and the joint mobility of the treatment group improved more obviously than that of the control groupP <0.01.As for VAS scorethe pain score of the treatment group decreased more significantly compared with that of the control groupP <0.01and the UCLA score of the treatment group rose higher than that of the control groupP <0.05and the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the treatment group 93.75% was significantly higher than that of the control group84.38%P <0.05.CONCLUSION The method of Z?poke needle has definite curative effects on periarthritis of shoulder with simple manipulation and should be widely applied to clinical practice.
