对比分析以自体神经和聚乳酸-羟基乙酸管吻接修复后的特性,为临床坐骨神经损伤吻接术提供生物力学参数。实验取死后24 h 内的新鲜尸体坐骨神经腰段标本12条,切取20个试样,形成10 mm 缺损,分别以自体神经和聚乳酸-羟基乙酸管吻接修复后进行蠕变实验。聚乳酸-羟基乙酸管移植坐骨神经组7200 s 应变上升量大于以自体神经移植组。聚乳酸-羟基乙酸具有很好的蠕变性特性,其蠕变特性符合坐骨神经损伤移植修复生物材料的要求。
對比分析以自體神經和聚乳痠-羥基乙痠管吻接脩複後的特性,為臨床坐骨神經損傷吻接術提供生物力學參數。實驗取死後24 h 內的新鮮尸體坐骨神經腰段標本12條,切取20箇試樣,形成10 mm 缺損,分彆以自體神經和聚乳痠-羥基乙痠管吻接脩複後進行蠕變實驗。聚乳痠-羥基乙痠管移植坐骨神經組7200 s 應變上升量大于以自體神經移植組。聚乳痠-羥基乙痠具有很好的蠕變性特性,其蠕變特性符閤坐骨神經損傷移植脩複生物材料的要求。
대비분석이자체신경화취유산-간기을산관문접수복후적특성,위림상좌골신경손상문접술제공생물역학삼수。실험취사후24 h 내적신선시체좌골신경요단표본12조,절취20개시양,형성10 mm 결손,분별이자체신경화취유산-간기을산관문접수복후진행연변실험。취유산-간기을산관이식좌골신경조7200 s 응변상승량대우이자체신경이식조。취유산-간기을산구유흔호적연변성특성,기연변특성부합좌골신경손상이식수복생물재료적요구。
To compare and analyze the autologous nerve and PLGA tube kiss repair after connected with theoperation characteris-tics,to provide biomechanical parameters for clinical injury of sciatic nerve kiss.We took a fresh corpse within 24 h after the death of sciatic nerve of 12 lumbar specimens,cut off 20 specimens,the formation of 10 mm defect,and then the creep experiment with autolo-gous nerve and PLGA tubeanastomosis after repair were tested respectively.At 7 200 s,the strain increasing of polylactic acid glycolic acid tube following sciatic nerve transplantation group was greater than that in the autograft group.Polylactic acid -glycolic acid has good creep properties,the creep properties are consisted with the injury of sciatic nerve transplantation for the repair of biological mate-rial requirements.
