在高等院校实际的教学运行中，经常会发生教师需要调课，从而影响教学秩序的现象。以黎明职业大学为例，对调课情况进行统计，并分析调课中存在的问题，最后提出应完善制度管理、优化师资队伍、提高教学管理水平、加强师德师风建设、加大教学设备的投入等对策思考，以保证教学的顺利运行。

In the operation of the practical teaching in colleges and universities, teachers often need to switch classes, thus affecting the teaching order. Taking Liming Vocational College as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the curriculum adjustment and proposes that the college should perfect the management system, optimize the teaching staff, improve the level of teaching management, strengthen ethics construction and increase investment in teaching equipment so as to ensure the smooth running of the teaching.
