目的:观察细胞分化/DNA 结合抑制因子2(Id2)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达,探讨 Id2和 MMP9表达的意义及相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测70例食管鳞癌和30例正常食管上皮中 Id2和 MMP9的表达水平。结果食管鳞癌中 Id2和 MMP9的阳性表达率均显著高于正常食管上皮(P <0.01);Id2和 MMP9的表达水平均随食管鳞癌的浸润加深、临床 TNM 分期级别增高而升高,浸润深度在 T3+T4组的表达水平高于 T1+T2组(P <0.05),临床Ⅱ期和Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的表达水平高于Ⅰ期(P <0.05),但 Id2和 MMP9的表达均与食管鳞癌的分化程度无显著相关(P >0.05)。淋巴结转移组中 MMP9的表达水平高于无淋巴结转移组(P <0.05);而 Id2的表达与淋巴结转移无显著相关(P >0.05);食管鳞癌组织中 Id2和 MMP9的表达水平呈正相关关系(P <0.05)。结论Id2和 MMP9在食管鳞癌的发生和浸润进展中存在协同促进作用,同时检测对于评估食管鳞癌的生物学行为和预后有重要意义。

목적:관찰세포분화/DNA 결합억제인자2(Id2)화기질금속단백매9(MMP9)재식관린암조직중적표체,탐토 Id2화 MMP9표체적의의급상관성。방법응용면역조직화학방법검측70례식관린암화30례정상식관상피중 Id2화 MMP9적표체수평。결과식관린암중 Id2화 MMP9적양성표체솔균현저고우정상식관상피(P <0.01);Id2화 MMP9적표체수평균수식관린암적침윤가심、림상 TNM 분기급별증고이승고,침윤심도재 T3+T4조적표체수평고우 T1+T2조(P <0.05),림상Ⅱ기화Ⅲ、Ⅳ기적표체수평고우Ⅰ기(P <0.05),단 Id2화 MMP9적표체균여식관린암적분화정도무현저상관(P >0.05)。림파결전이조중 MMP9적표체수평고우무림파결전이조(P <0.05);이 Id2적표체여림파결전이무현저상관(P >0.05);식관린암조직중 Id2화 MMP9적표체수평정정상관관계(P <0.05)。결론Id2화 MMP9재식관린암적발생화침윤진전중존재협동촉진작용,동시검측대우평고식관린암적생물학행위화예후유중요의의。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of inhibitors of differentiation 2(Id2) and Matrix metalloproteinase9(MMP9)in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)and explore their correlation.Methods The expression of Id2 and MMP9 in 70 cases of ESCC and 30 cases of controls were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive rates of Id2 and MMP9 in ESCC were significantly higher than those in normal esophageal epithelia(P <0.01).Expression levels of Id2 and MMP9 were increased as the infiltration depth and TNM staging increased,and the levels were higher in T3 +T4 group and Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ stage than in T1 +T2 group and Ⅰ stage(P <0.05),but not correlate to pathologic grades (P >0.05).Expression level of MMP9 was higher in lymph node metastasis group than in group without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05),but expression levels of Id2 were not related to lymph node metastasis(P >0.05 ).The expression of Id2 and MMP9 were positively correlated(P <0.05).Conclusion Id2 and MMP9 might synergistically promote the tumorigenesis and development of ESCC,and their co-detection can be of great importance for estimation of biological behavior and prognosis of ESCC.
