结合国标灰熔融性测定方法,利用热机械分析仪(TMA)对煤灰进行灰熔融性的测试研究。研究结果表明:国标灰熔融性测定方法得到的煤灰熔融特征温度无法定量描述煤灰在高温下的熔融行为,而 TMA 不仅能够获得煤灰的熔融性以及煤灰在整个加热过程中的熔融动态变化,同时可获得煤灰在高温下熔融的速率,因而可利用 TMA 定量测定灰熔融性,以指导液态排渣锅炉和气化炉的设计和操作。
結閤國標灰鎔融性測定方法,利用熱機械分析儀(TMA)對煤灰進行灰鎔融性的測試研究。研究結果錶明:國標灰鎔融性測定方法得到的煤灰鎔融特徵溫度無法定量描述煤灰在高溫下的鎔融行為,而 TMA 不僅能夠穫得煤灰的鎔融性以及煤灰在整箇加熱過程中的鎔融動態變化,同時可穫得煤灰在高溫下鎔融的速率,因而可利用 TMA 定量測定灰鎔融性,以指導液態排渣鍋爐和氣化爐的設計和操作。
결합국표회용융성측정방법,이용열궤계분석의(TMA)대매회진행회용융성적측시연구。연구결과표명:국표회용융성측정방법득도적매회용융특정온도무법정량묘술매회재고온하적용융행위,이 TMA 불부능구획득매회적용융성이급매회재정개가열과정중적용융동태변화,동시가획득매회재고온하용융적속솔,인이가이용 TMA 정량측정회용융성,이지도액태배사과로화기화로적설계화조작。
Combining with international coal ash fusibility determination method, the fusibility of coal ash was studied using thermo - mechanical analysis ( TMA ). The results showed that: international coal ash fusibility determination method cannot describe the coal ash fusibility under high temperature quantitatively, but TMA can not only obtain the fusibility of coal ash and the dynamic change of coal ash fusibility under high temperature during the whole heating process, but also at the same time, obtain the fusion rate of ash under high temperature, so the fusibility of coal ash could be determined quantitatively using TMA, the design and operation of wet bottom boiler and gasifier could be guided.
