对挥发分介于28%~32%的强黏结1/3焦煤的煤质特征差异和优化配用技术进行探讨,研究发现一些 GR.I 值、Y 值接近的强黏结1/3焦煤,其流动度和膨胀度差异较大,其中以贵州、淮南等地1/3焦煤流动度膨胀度高,煤质接近肥煤特征;将其按1/3焦煤配用,导致配合煤流动性及膨胀性过大,反而降低焦炭质量;按肥煤配用,可充分发挥其流变膨胀特性,从而稳定焦炭质量。因此,GR.I 值、Y 值等指标对强黏煤的区分能力有限,在一定程度上限制了强黏煤的合理配用。
對揮髮分介于28%~32%的彊黏結1/3焦煤的煤質特徵差異和優化配用技術進行探討,研究髮現一些 GR.I 值、Y 值接近的彊黏結1/3焦煤,其流動度和膨脹度差異較大,其中以貴州、淮南等地1/3焦煤流動度膨脹度高,煤質接近肥煤特徵;將其按1/3焦煤配用,導緻配閤煤流動性及膨脹性過大,反而降低焦炭質量;按肥煤配用,可充分髮揮其流變膨脹特性,從而穩定焦炭質量。因此,GR.I 值、Y 值等指標對彊黏煤的區分能力有限,在一定程度上限製瞭彊黏煤的閤理配用。

Coal quality characteristic differences and optimal blending and application technology of strong caking 1/3 coking coal whose volatile matter was in the range of 28%~32% were discussed, the fluidity and expansion had large differences when GR.I and Y values of strong caking 1/3 coking coal were similar with each other, especially the coking coal from Guizhou and Huainan provinces, whose coal quality was almost similar with metabituminous, if using them as the 1/3 coking coal, fluidity and expansion would be too high, coke quality would be reduced, if they were used as the metabituminous, rheological expansion characteristics could be fully played, the coke quality could be stabilized.Therefore, GR.I 、 Y were not reliable for distinguishing of strong caking coal, so they restricted the reasonable blending and application of strong caking coal.
