English writing is the best way to improve students'English ability. It is becoming more and more important in higher vocational colleges. The students don't show strong interest and much motivation in English writing. Neither the teachers nor stu-dents pay enough attention. Improving the ability of English writing in higher vocational colleges is imminent. After a year of prac-tice, the students have achieved good results, and their skills have been improved.
