广佛地区的非物质文化遗产资源丰富,但保护力度不足,缺乏长远的发展战略. 随着建设21 世纪海上丝绸之路战略的提出,广州作为海上丝绸之路的发祥地之一,其经济、文化地位也得到了提升. 应推动广佛地区海上丝绸之路与文化旅游的深度结合,形成非物质文化遗产保护与开发的良性互动机制,打造广东的"海丝"品牌,建设文化强省,拉动文化、旅游等第三产业的发展,为我国"一带一路"战略构思提供文化和智力的支持.

The ICH (intangible cultural heritage) resources in Guangzhou and Foshan are rich. But their protection is insufficient and there is a lack of long-term development strategy. Along with the construction of the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road, the economic and cultural status of Guangzhou, which is one of the birthplaces of the Maritime Silk Road, has strengthened a lot. Cultural and intellectual support can be provided for the "Belt and Road"(BAR) strategic conception such as: promoting the in-depth combination of the Maritime Silk Road and cultural tourism Guangzhou and Foshan areas, forming a virtuous interactive mechanism of protecting and developing intangible cultural heritage, building Guangdong MSR brands, building a culturally dynamic province, stimulating the development of culture, tourism and the other tertiary industries.
