城市公共自行车系统体现了一个城市的现代化和文明程度,它的好处非常多. 然而,纵观国内外城市公自系统的运营,可以发现城市公自系统都存在一个发展缺乏可持续性的问题,广州公共自行车系统也不例外. 为了解决广州公共自行车系统在运行机制上缺乏可持续性的问题,本文用社会企业理论分析了其中的原因,并提出用社会企业模式去运营广州公共自行车系统的新思路. 按照这个思想,我们设计了广州公自系统的社会企业运营的具体方案.

Urban public bicycle systems reflect the degree of modernization and civilization of a city, and their benefit are beyond expression. Unfortunately, nowadays nearly all public bicycle systems home and abroad are encountering the problem of unsustainable operating, so dose the public bicycle systems in Guangzhou. In order to overcome the problem, the present study analyses the cause and effect of these problems by using the theory of social enterprises, and put forward some new thoughts and solutions for the social enterprise operation pattern for public bicycle systems.
