当前,中国通服正处于二次创新转型的关键期,业务发展已到达边际效益的临界点,企业正由成长期向成熟期转变,如何把握好节奏,实现又好又快的发展,是摆在通服企业各级管理者面前的一大课题。文章从分析规模和效益的本质和内在联系出发,结合企业发展规律和资源特点,探索中国通服基于价值发展的路径选择和经营策略,引入重视增量业务的边际收益、优化业务结构、强化营运资金管理三项提升收入含金量的举措,为通服企业适应新形势下的变化提供一点参考思路。

At present, China Communications Service Company is in the critical period of secondary innovation transformation, and its business development has reached the critical point of marginal benefit. The company is transforming from growth to maturity. How to grasp the pace and achieve sound and rapid development is a large project for the enterprise managers at all levels. This paper first analyzes the nature and inner link of scale and benefit, then, combining with the enterprise's law of development and resources characteristics, it explores the path selection and business strategies based on value development. Three measures are taken to increase the income: the introduction of marginal benefit which values increment business, the optimization of the business structure and the strengthening of the operation capital management. This provides some reference ideas for the company to adapt to the new situation.
