目的:探讨案例式问题导向教学法在妇产科护士岗位能力培训中的应用,旨在提高护士培训效果。方法:将妇产科70名护士随机分为对照组34名和实验组36名,两组均培训1年,对照组以老师讲授为主,实验组采用案例式问题导向教学法,教学后分别测量护士相关理论知识掌握程度以及对不同教学方法的评价。结果:培训后实验组理论考核成绩显著高于培训前和对照组培训后(P <0.05);护士对教学方法的评价中,激发学习兴趣、提高自学能力、提高思考能力、提高归纳能力、提高学习效率、理论实践结合、培养实践能力等项目好评例数高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:案例式问题导向教学法有利于提高护士岗位能力培训,值得在临床上广泛使用。

Objective:To explore the application of case - based teaching method to the on - the - job training of the nurses of the de-partment of gynecology and obstetrics in order to improve the effect of training. Methods:70 nurses of the department of gynecology and ob-stetrics were randomly divided into the control group(n = 34)and the experimental group(n = 36). The nurses in both groups received one - year training,the lecture - based training was conducted in the control group and the case - based teaching method was adopted in the experimental group. The mastery of the relevant theoretical knowledge of the nurses and the evaluation on the different teaching methods was assessed after the training. Results:After the training,the results of theory test of the nurses was significantly better in the experimental group than the control group(P < 0. 05);the evaluation on the teaching method was significantly better in the experimental group than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The case - based teaching method is beneficial to the improvement of the effect of the train-ing.
