目的：探讨重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）联合齐拉西酮在精神分裂症阴性症状中的临床治疗效果。方法将70例住院慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为实验组和对照组各35例，两组均采用以齐拉西酮为主的药物治疗，实验组给予经左侧前额叶背外侧皮质高频rTMS刺激，对照组给予伪刺激。于治疗前及治疗4周末应用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定疗效。结果治疗4周后，两组PANSS总分及各因子评分较治疗前明显降低（P<0.01）。两组间比较，治疗后两组PANSS评分P分（阳性症状）和G分（一般精神病理症状）无明显变化（P＞0.05），而N分（阴性症状）和总分有明显差异（P＜0.01），实验组分值下降更明显。结论 rTMS合并齐拉西酮能有效改善慢性精神分裂症的阴性症状。
목적：탐토중복경로자자격（rTMS）연합제랍서동재정신분렬증음성증상중적림상치료효과。방법장70례주원만성정신분렬증환자수궤분위실험조화대조조각35례，량조균채용이제랍서동위주적약물치료，실험조급여경좌측전액협배외측피질고빈rTMS자격，대조조급여위자격。우치료전급치료4주말응용양성여음성증상량표（PANSS）평정료효。결과치료4주후，량조PANSS총분급각인자평분교치료전명현강저（P<0.01）。량조간비교，치료후량조PANSS평분P분（양성증상）화G분（일반정신병리증상）무명현변화（P＞0.05），이N분（음성증상）화총분유명현차이（P＜0.01），실험조분치하강경명현。결론 rTMS합병제랍서동능유효개선만성정신분렬증적음성증상。
Objective To evaluate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with ziprasidone clinical outcomes in the negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods 70 patients with schizophrenia were ran-domly assigned into experimental group(n=35) and control group(n=35). Two groups used ziprasidone based on drug treatment, the experimental group received the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex in hight-frequency rTMS stimulation ,the control group was given pseudo stimulation. Positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) were assessed before and at 4 weeks of treatment. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total score of PANSS and the score of each factor were significantly decreased (P<0.01). The PANSS score of two groups after treatment P (postitive) and G (general mental pathological sympotoms) had no sig-nificant difference (P>0.05), but N (negative symptoms) and total score had significant difference (P<0.01). The score of the experimental group was more obvious. Conclusion rTMS combined with ziprasidone can reduce the severity of negative symptoms in schizophrenia.
