毛梾是一种新型木本油料,耐盐碱、耐干旱,含油量高达36%~38%,其油脂可供食用或作高级润滑油,油渣可作饲料和肥料。本实验用有机溶剂正己烷提取毛梾籽油,通过料液比、时间、温度的单因素试验,然后进行正交试验,优化提取工艺参数为料液比1:7 m/V,时间115 min,温度65℃,此时提取率高达37.1%。

모래시일충신형목본유료,내염감、내간한,함유량고체36%~38%,기유지가공식용혹작고급윤활유,유사가작사료화비료。본실험용유궤용제정기완제취모래자유,통과료액비、시간、온도적단인소시험,연후진행정교시험,우화제취공예삼수위료액비1:7 m/V,시간115 min,온도65℃,차시제취솔고체37.1%。
Cornus walteri has a broad development and utilization prospect as an excellent oil tree and landscape tree. The seeds contain 36% ~38% oil. This research mainly used Cornus wateri as main material,through exploring the extracting process of oil from the Cornus water,the best way to extract it was found. Through orthogonal experiment design,the best condition of extraction was as follows:the ratio of solid and liquid was 1 : 7 m/V and reaction 115 min at 65 ℃. Under these conditions,extraction rate increased to 37 . 1%.
