此研究以多元智能理论为框架,通过对湖南工业大学外国语学院英语专业2012级132名学生的问卷调查以及对2014年这些学生的专业英语四级考试成绩的分析,探讨多元智能与英语成绩之间的相关性.研究发现,学习策略的选择受到多元智能的影响,其中语言智能和记忆策略与英语成绩相关.

Based on Multiple Intelligence Theory, this paper tries to explore the relationship between multiple intelligences and English grades for English majors through the questionnaire of 132 students of Grade 2012 in school of foreign languages in Hunan University of Technology and through the analysis of their English grades in the exam of TEM 4 in 2014. The result shows that learning strategies are influenced by multiple intelligences, among which language intelligence and interpersonal intelligence are closely related to English grades.
