“双元制”是一种校企合作的职业院校的办学制度，由企业和职业院校共同担负培养高技能人才的任务。结合湖南邮电职业技术学院与中兴通讯NC学院合作办学的移动通信技术专业建设的实践，阐述了高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的问题，提出了“双元制”校企合作机制下双师型教师队伍建设采取的措施，并进一步分析了师资团队建设仍需注意的问题。

“Dual system”is a kind of university-enterprise cooperation school running system which cultivates the highly-skilled talents by both the enterprise and the vocational college. Combined with the practice of Hunan Post and Telecommunication College and ZTE NC Academy, this paper discusses the existing problems in building the double-type teaching staff and puts forward the countermeasures based on“dual system”under university-enterprise cooperation mechanism. Furthermore, some problems needed to be paid attention to are analyzed.
