目的:探讨医学生对未来教育、职业和婚姻/家庭领域的个人规划(探索和投入)与学业成绩之间的关系 ,以及性别在其中的可能调节作用.方法 :采用问卷法 ,调查了294名医学生的个人规划和学业成绩.结果 :(1 )医学生的教育领域和职业领域内的探索和投入与学业成绩呈显著正相关 ,其中教育探索和投入可以显著正向预测学业成绩 ,职业探索和投入不能预测学业成绩 ,婚姻或家庭的探索和投入与学业成绩的相关不显著 ;(2)教育探索和职业投入水平越高 ,男生的学业成绩就越好 ,但教育探索和职业投入对女生的学业成绩的影响不显著.结论 :(1)医学生在不同领域的个人规划对学业成绩的影响是不一样的 ;(2)性别可以调节教育探索和职业投入与学业成绩之间的关系.

Objective:This study explores the relations between medical students' personal planning and their academic achievement,and the moderating effect of gender .Methods:Questionnaires were used to investigate personal planning and academic achievement of 294 medical students .Results:(1) In the domain of education and occupation,the medical students' exploration and commitment were positively correlated with academic achievement .In the domain of education,the level of the medical students' exploration and commitment positively predicted aca-demic achievement;the level of the medical students' career exploration and commitment could not predict academic achievement .However,the level of the medical students personal planning concerning marriage/family was not associated with academic achievement .(2 )For male stu-dents,the higher level of exploration concerning future education and commitment concerning future occupation they perceived,the better aca-demic achievement they got,while no relation was observed among females .Conclusion:(1 ) the relationships between the medical students' personal planning concerning three domains and academic achievement are not the same .(2) Gender moderated the relation between the ex-ploration concerning future education,commitment concerning future occupation and academic achievement .
